Description
This fiery chicken is an absolute highlight! I have been making it for years and it is always a hit. The secret lies in the marinade of olive oil, rosemary and chili, which gives the chicken a wonderful flavor. The preparation is very simple and the Thermomix® helps to optimally develop the aromas. Perfect for a quick dinner or a cozy meal with friends. If you don't like it so spicy, you can of course reduce the amount of chili. Just tastes delicious!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 kg Chicken

2 tsp Chili

4 tbsp Olive oil

Salt

Rosemary
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare chicken
Cut the chicken along the breastbone with poultry shears so that it can be opened like a book. Spread out on a work surface.
Prepare marinade
Put 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of chili and some rosemary into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
Season chicken
Sprinkle the chicken with salt on the outside and, if desired, also on the inside.
Marinate chicken
Spread the marinade evenly on the chicken with a brush.
Bake chicken
Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 40 minutes. Turn the chicken every 10 minutes.
