  • 2 càs oil
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 gousses garlic
  • 2 oignons onions
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 250 g corn
  • 1 poivron green pepper
  • 1 poivron red pepper
  • 1 poivron yellow pepper
  • 1.5 kg chicken

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop the parsley

Add 2 tbsp of oil, paprika, salt and pepper in the bowl. Sauté 3 Min./120°C/Level 1.

Add the tomatoes and peppers

Add 300g of tomatoes cut into pieces, 1 green pepper cut into pieces, 1 red pepper cut into pieces and 1 yellow pepper cut into pieces in the bowl. Cook 15 Min./100°C/Level 1.

Add 250g of corn in the bowl. Cook 5 Min./100°C/Left rotation Level 1.

Cook the chicken

Place the chicken of about 1.5kg in the Varoma. Pour 500 ml of water in the bowl. Place the Varoma on the bowl and cook 45 Min./Varoma/Level 1.
