Ingredients (6 ingredients)

3 can peaches, drained
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
1.5 cups white cake mix
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
0.5 cup water

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare Peaches

Drain the canned peaches and pat them dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the peaches with cinnamon sugar. Set aside.

Combine Dry Ingredients

In the Thermomix, combine 1 ½ cups white cake mix and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 4.

Add Butter

Combine Peaches and Cake Mix

Add the drained peaches to the remaining cake mix mixture in the Thermomix. Mix gently for 5 Sec./Linkslauf Stufe 2 to combine.

Transfer to Dish

Pour the peach and cake mix mixture into a 6-inch round dish. Top with the reserved cake mix crumbs. Cover the dish with foil.

Pour ½ cup water into the Thermomix mixing bowl. Place the round dish on top of the Varoma dish and place the Varoma on top of the Thermomix. Steam for 45 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Carefully remove the dish from the Varoma and uncover. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Broil until the topping is set, about 2 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
