Description

This creamy chicken dish is a family favorite! It's incredibly easy to prepare, making it perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy weekend dinner. The combination of condensed soups, dry sherry, and Parmesan cheese creates a rich and flavorful sauce that perfectly complements the tender chicken breasts. I love how simple it is to throw everything into the slow cooker and let it simmer away, filling the house with a delicious aroma. Serve it over rice or pasta for a complete and satisfying meal. This recipe is also great for meal prepping!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 0.33333333333333 cup dry sherry
  • 10 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery salt
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation (4 steps)

Combine Soups and Sherry

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1 (10.5 ounce) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 (10.5 ounce) can of condensed cream of celery soup to the mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup of dry sherry. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Season Chicken

In a separate bowl, season 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves with 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of paprika, ⅛ teaspoon of celery salt, salt and pepper to taste. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into a slow cooker.

Pour Sauce and Cheese

Pour the soup mixture from the mixing bowl over the chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Slow Cook Chicken

Cook in the slow cooker until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, on Low for 8 to 10 hours or High for 4 to 5 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
