Description

This rice pudding is a simple and quick dessert that is prepared with the Thermomix®. With just a few ingredients such as milk, risotto rice, sugar and a pinch of salt, a creamy rice pudding is created in no time.   • 250 g Milk
  • 55 g Risotto rice
  • 12 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Cook rice pudding

Add 250 g milk, 55 g risotto rice, 12 g sugar and 1 small pinch of salt to the mixing bowl. Close the lid and insert the measuring cup. Cook for 35 Min. | 95°C | Reverse | Speed 1.

Finish cooking the rice pudding

Stir through once with the spatula to loosen the rice pudding from the bottom. Close the lid and place the measuring cup at an angle or use the simmering basket as a splash guard. Cook for 5 Min. | 80°C | Reverse | Speed 1.

Serve the finished rice pudding warm or let it cool down as desired. Optionally sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
