Description

This alcohol-free egg punch is a warm and creamy drink, ideal for the cold season. Prepared with milk, cream, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar, it is ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for Christmas, New Year's Eve or simply as a cozy treat.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 4 Stück Egg yolk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon

Preparation (3 steps)

Add ingredients to the mixing bowl

Add 500 ml milk, 100 ml cream, 4 egg yolks, 50 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.

Prepare egg punch

Thermomix® Setting

Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl for 8 min./80°C/level 3.

Pour the finished egg punch into glasses and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and serve.
