1000 g floury potatoes, in pieces

280 g Water

1.5 TL Salt

30 g Butter

2 Prisen Nutmeg

180 g Milk
Preparation (4 steps)
Add potatoes, salt and water to the mixing bowl
Add 1000 g floury potatoes in pieces, 1 1/2 tsp salt and 280 g water to the mixing bowl.
Cook potatoes
Close the mixing bowl and cook the potatoes for approx. 25 min./100°C/speed 1.
Add butter, nutmeg and milk
Add 30 g butter, 2 pinches of nutmeg and 180 g milk to the potatoes.
Puree
Close the mixing bowl and mix everything for 15-20 sec./speed 4 with the help of the spatula.
