Hearty and simple meatball recipe.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

90 g Potatoes

2 Stück Eggs
-
500 g Minced Meat
-
45 g Breadcrumbs
-
nach Geschmack Salt
-
nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)
Chop Onions and Potatoes
Put 2 onions and 90 g potatoes in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./level 6. Scrape everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl with the spatula and chop again for 15 sec./level 6.
Mix Ingredients
Add 2 eggs, 500 g minced meat, 45 g breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix for 1 min./kneading stage. Scrape everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl with the spatula and mix again for 20 sec./kneading stage.
Shape Kotlety
Form oval Kotlety from the minced meat mixture and place on a tray.
Fry Kotlety
Heat oil in a pan and fry the Kotlety in it one after the other until golden brown. The Kotlety should be half covered in oil.
Drain and Serve
Drain the finished Kotlety on kitchen paper and serve hot.
