Description

This recipe for venison liver dumplings in strong broth is a hearty dish that warms you up, especially in the cold season. I like to make it when I get venison from the hunter. The dumplings are nicely seasoned with the wild boar liver, marjoram, and nutmeg. Preparation with the Thermomix® is super easy and always successful. The dumplings go perfectly in a clear game broth and are a great main course or a hearty appetizer. A real treat for lovers of traditional cuisine!
