Description

This quiche with peppers, chorizo and parmesan is an absolute delight! I often prepare it for lunch or Sunday brunch. The chorizo brings a small spicy touch that marries wonderfully with the sweetness of the peppers and the pronounced taste of the parmesan. It is a simple and quick recipe to make with the Thermomix®, perfect for a convivial meal. Do not hesitate to vary the colors of the peppers for an even more appetizing result. A real treat for the taste buds!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 3 piece eggs
  • 20 cl liquid cream
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 0.5 piece chorizo
  • 0.5 piece yellow pepper
  • 0.5 piece red pepper
  • 0.5 piece green pepper
  • 1 piece ready-made shortcrust pastry

Preparation of peppers and chorizo

Cut the yellow, red and green peppers in half, remove the seeds and white membranes. Cut each half into thin strips. Cut the chorizo into thin slices.

Preparation of the quiche mixture

In the bowl of the Thermomix®, break the 3 eggs. Add the liquid cream and grated parmesan. Mix 20 Sek./Stufe 4.

Assembling the quiche

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork. Spread the strips of peppers and slices of chorizo on the bottom of the pie.

Baking the quiche

Pour the quiche mixture over the peppers and chorizo. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C, or until the quiche is golden brown and the mixture is set.
