Description

This hearty Fillet Stew Rustic from the Thermomix® is a savory main course with pork fillet, mushrooms, bacon and cream. Refined with mustard, marjoram and dill creates a rustic taste. The recipe is ideal for lovers of hearty cuisine and can be easily prepared with the WunderSlicer V2 from Wundermix. Preparation time approx. 90 minutes, of which 30 minutes working time, for 4 servings. Category: Casserole.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 0.8 Becher Cream
  • 500 g Pork fillets, in approx. 2 cm. thick slices
  • 200 g Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 EL Mustard
  • 1.5 Pakete Breakfast Bacon
  • 1 TL Marjoram
  • 1 TL Dill (dried or fresh)
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder (sweet)
  • Curry powder
  • 200 ml White wine

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare fillet

Spread each fillet slice thinly with mustard on each side. Sear meat in a separate pan.

Wrap bacon

Wrap each fillet slice with a slice of bacon and place in a fireproof casserole dish.

Prepare mushrooms

Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slice. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fill the spaces between the slices of meat in the casserole dish with them.

Season

Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and dill to taste.

Prepare sauce

Add cream, white wine, paprika powder and curry powder to the mixing bowl. Insert Milkix instead of the knife.

Stir sauce

Stir the ingredients in the mixing bowl for 20 seconds/speed 3.

Pour sauce

Pour the sauce over the meat and mushrooms in the casserole dish.

Cook casserole

Close the casserole dish with a lid or with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at about 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) or at 160 degrees (fan oven) for about an hour.
