Description

  • 3 piece carrots
  • 0.5 piece courgette
  • 2 piece tomatoes
  • 0.5 kilo beef
  • 5 piece medium potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Parsley

Preparation of the vegetables

Cut the onion into quarters and place it in the bowl. Program 3 sec./Speed 5. Remove and reserve. Cut the courgette, garlic, carrots and tomatoes into medium pieces and add them to the bowl. Program 5 sec./Speed 4. Remove and reserve.

Sauté of the vegetables

Add a little olive oil to the bowl. Incorporate the reserved onion and program 5 min./120°C/Speed 1.

Incorporation of the meat

5 min./248°F/Giro a la izquierda/Velocidad 1 120 Reverse

In a separate pan, brown the meat cut into pieces. Once browned, add it to the bowl together with the reserved vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Program 5 min./120°C/Reverse direction/Speed 1.

Cooking the stew

35 min./212°F/Giro a la izquierda/Velocidad 1 100 Reverse

Add the peeled and diced potatoes to the bowl. Cover with water up to the maximum mark. Add a little food coloring (optional). Program 35 min./100°C/Reverse direction/Speed 1.

Taste and correct for salt if necessary. Add chopped parsley to taste. Serve hot.
