Description

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 800 g diced lamb shoulder
  • 1 piece large onion
  • 4 piece large carrots
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 750 ml lamb stock
  • 2 piece bay leaves

Prepare the vegetables

Peel and roughly chop the onion and carrots. Add the onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Add the carrots to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 5. Transfer to the bowl with the onions and set aside.

Sauté the vegetables

Add the vegetable oil to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Add the chopped onions and carrots and sauté for 8 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add flour and tomato purée

2 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add the plain flour to the mixing bowl and cook for 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Add the tomato purée and cook for 1 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Combine ingredients and simmer

150 min/212°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 100 Reverse

Add the browned lamb, lamb stock, and bay leaves to the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 150 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.
