Description

This quick broccoli recipe for the Thermomix® is a protein-rich main course with broccoli, eggs and cheese, refined with paprika and chili. Prepared in just 1 minute, it yields one serving. Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 600 g Broccoli
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g Black pepper
  • 1 g Chili flakes
  • 3 g Sweet paprika
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 15 ml Oil
  • 50 g Tomatoes
  • 50 g Tomato sauce
  • 70 g Diced bacon
  • 1 g Oregano

Preparation (2 steps)

Cut broccoli into small pieces

Chop broccoli into small pieces for 5 seconds on speed 3

Add salt, chili flakes, pepper, paprika, eggs and cheese

Stir on level 2 in reverse for 1 minute
