Description
This green tea passion fruit drink is a wonderfully refreshing drink that offers a welcome cooling, especially in the summer. The combination of tart green tea and exotic passion fruit is simply unbeatable! I like to make it for a relaxed brunch or as a delicious thirst quencher in between. The preparation is super easy and quick, but the tea must of course have some time to cool. If you like, you can add a shot of vodka, but it is also a pleasure without alcohol. An absolute must for anyone who likes it fruity and refreshing!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

10 g green tea

300 ml hot water

100 ml passion fruit juice

1 piece passion fruit

12 cl ice cubes
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare green tea
Put 10 g of green tea into the mixing bowl. Add 300 ml of hot water (80°C) and let it steep for 2 min./80°C/level 1.
Strain and cool tea
Strain the tea through a fine sieve and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Prepare passion fruit
Halve 1 passion fruit and remove the pulp from the peel with a spoon.
Mix cocktail
Put the cooled tea together with 100 ml of passion fruit juice and the passion fruit pulp into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.
Serve
Distribute 12 cl of ice cubes in two glasses and pour in the green tea passion fruit cocktail. Serve immediately.
