Description

Risotto with bacon and parmesan cheese, a quick and easy main course.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 250 g Risotto rice
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 700 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Diced bacon
  • 20 g Butter
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion

Add 1 onion (approx. 100g) to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onion

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add rice and wine

Add 250 g risotto rice and 100 ml white wine to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./100°C/speed 1 without the measuring cup.

Add broth and cook

20 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 212°F Reverse

Add 700 ml vegetable broth, salt and pepper and cook for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1 with the measuring cup. Use a spatula to loosen the rice from the bottom.

Fry bacon

Fry 100 g diced bacon in a separate pan until crispy.

Add bacon, butter and Parmesan

Add the fried bacon, 20 g butter and 50 g grated Parmesan to the risotto in the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./60°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Garnish the risotto with fresh parsley and serve.
