Description
This coconut rice scented with laurel is a delicious and easy side dish to prepare with the Thermomix®. The combination of rice with coconut milk creates a creamy and aromatic dish, perfect to accompany meat, fish or vegetable dishes. I often prepare it when I have guests because it is always a success! The laurel leaf adds a touch of fragrance that makes it special. Ideal for an exotic dinner or a light lunch. It prepares in less than half an hour and the result is guaranteed!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

3 cup coconut milk

0.5 tsp salt

1 foglia laurel
Preparation (2 steps)
Rice, coconut milk, salt and laurel in the bowl
Pour 2 tea cups of rice, 3 cups of coconut milk, ½ teaspoon of salt and 1 laurel leaf into the Thermomix bowl.
Cooking the rice
Cook the rice for 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 2. Make sure that the rice is tender and that the coconut milk has been absorbed. If necessary, extend the cooking time by a few minutes.
