Description

This potato roll with chicken breast is a hearty main course that is ideal for a high-protein lunch or dinner. Preparation takes about 60 minutes and yields 2 servings. The potatoes are sliced with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 and baked in the oven with cheese and chicken breast.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 5 piece large potatoes
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 110 g Grated cheese (light)
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves, pressed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g Grated Cheese Light
  • 180 g Chicken breast

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare potatoes

Peel 5 large potatoes and slice them with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the desired slice (fine/coarse). Place the potato slices in a bowl.

Prepare potato dough

Thermomix® Setting

Put the potato slices, 3 eggs, 110g grated cheese (light), 2 garlic cloves (pressed), salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 4.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Bake potato mixture

Spread the potato mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Fry chicken breast

Fry 180g chicken breast in a separate pan.

Top potato mixture

Turn the pre-baked potato mixture on the baking sheet and top with 100g Grated Cheese Light and the fried chicken breast.

Finish baking potato roll

Roll up the topped potato mixture and bake in the oven again for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
