Description

This rustic pasta with cream and mushrooms is a comforting and tasty dish, perfect for using leftover pasta. I love this recipe because it is quick to prepare and very adaptable. You can easily add other vegetables or fresh herbs depending on what you have on hand. The smoky taste of the bacon goes perfectly with the sweetness of the cream and the earthy flavor of the mushrooms. It is an ideal dish for a dinner with family or friends, especially when you have little time to cook. A little freshly ground pepper and it's ready! A real delight!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • Pasta (leftovers from the day before)
  • 20 cl Liquid cream
  • 2 can Paris mushrooms
  • 100 g Smoked bacon
  • 2 c. à s. Chopped onions
  • 2 c. à s. Chopped parsley
  • to taste Mill pepper
  • to taste Vegetable oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Preparation of mushrooms and bacon

Drain 2 small cans of Paris mushrooms. In a pan, sauté the drained mushrooms in a little vegetable oil. Add 100 g of smoked bacon and brown everything over high heat.

Addition of onions and parsley

Lower the heat. Add 2 tbsp of chopped onions and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley. Mix well and continue cooking for a few moments. Do not let the onions color.

Preparation of the cream sauce

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Pour 20 cl of liquid cream into the Thermomix bowl. Add the mixture of mushrooms, bacon, onions and parsley. Mix 3 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.

Incorporation of pasta

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the pasta (leftovers from the day before) to the Thermomix bowl. Mix gently 2 Min./90°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1, to coat them with sauce.

Seasoning and serving

Give a few turns of the pepper mill. Serve immediately.
