Description

This pasta Bolognese dish is a revisited classic, perfect for a comforting family meal. The sauce, rich in flavors thanks to the ground meat and herbes de Provence, simmers slowly for a perfect consistency. I love preparing this recipe, especially when it's cold outside. The pasta, preferably shells, soak up the sauce and each bite is a delight. A little grated cheese at the end, and happiness is guaranteed! Easy to make and always appreciated, this Bolognese is a staple of my cooking.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • to taste herbes de Provence
  • Red wine
  • Large shell-type pasta
  • Grated cheese or parmesan
  • 10 piece ground steaks
  • Tomato concentrate
  • 2 clove garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 piece large onions

Preparation of the onions

3 large onions cut into rounds in the bowl. Program 5 seconds / Speed 5 to chop them coarsely.

Cooking the onions

Add oil and butter to the bowl with the chopped onions. Program 5 minutes / 120°C / Speed 1 to brown them.

Meat preparation

In a pan, brown 10 ground steaks over medium heat, crumbling them with a fork until cooked.

Adding meat and garlic

Add the cooked ground meat to the bowl. Add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic. Program 3 minutes / 100°C / Speed 1.

Salt, pepper and add herbes de Provence. Mix everything together by programming 1 minute / Speed 2 / Reverse direction.

Adding red wine and tomatoes

Cover everything with red wine (quantity according to your taste). Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes and tomato concentrate (quantity according to your taste). Program 20 minutes / 100°C / Speed 1.

Cover and let simmer. Program 15 minutes / 95°C / Speed 1.

Cooking pasta

Meanwhile, cook the large shell-type pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to the package instructions.

Final mixing

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the bowl with the sauce. Mix gently by programming 2 minutes / Speed 1 / Reverse direction.
