Description
This recipe for Spritz biscuits is a classic for the Christmas season. With simple ingredients and the Thermomix®, the dough is quick and easy to make. The cookies are baked golden brown in the oven and are ideal for Advent coffee or as a sweet treat in between. The recipe is suitable for baking beginners and yields a large amount of delicious cookies.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 kg Margarine

2 piece Eggs

1 tbsp Milk

200 g Sugar

500 g Flour

2 piece Vanilla sugar

1 Pkg Baking powder
Preparation (3 steps)
Mix ingredients
Put 1 kg margarine, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, 20 dag sugar, 50 dag flour and 1 package baking powder into the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough.
Process dough
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and shape into Spritz biscuits.
Baking
Place the Spritz biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
