Description

This radish peanut salad is a real hit! The crisp radishes, combined with roasted peanuts and fresh herbs, make for a great flavor combination. The dressing of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil provides a piquant note. I especially like to make this salad in the spring when the radishes come fresh from the market. It is super quick to prepare and fits perfectly as a side dish for grilling or just as a light snack in between. If you like, you can add some chili for more heat. An absolute must for all salad lovers!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Balsamicodunkel
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oilroasted
  • 2 piece Spring onion(s)
  • 0.5 Handvoll Peanutsroasted
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare radishes

Wash, clean and coarsely chop the radishes. Place in a bowl. Add sugar and salt and mix with the radishes. Leave to infuse for 10 - 15 minutes.

Chop herbs and peanuts

Coarsely chop coriander and parsley. Cut spring onions into rings. Roughly chop the peanuts. Salted, roasted peanuts can be freed from some of the salt beforehand with kitchen paper.

Mix the salad and let it infuse

Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil to the radishes (do not pour away the liquid!), add all the chopped herbs and the roasted peanuts and season with pepper. Leave to infuse for about 30 minutes.
