Description

Prepare a Swiss classic with a Thermomix® touch! This Hörnlisalat (elbow macaroni salad) is a flavor and texture bomb. Imagine: well-cooked "Hörnli" pasta, mixed with juicy Fleischwurst (meat sausage), sweet and sour gherkins that burst in your mouth and the aromatic touch of onion and garlic. The secret is in the sauce: a homemade (or good quality) mayonnaise mixed with creamy yogurt, a touch of mustard and vinegar to give it joy, and a pinch of sugar to balance. Salt, pepper and that's it! For the final touch, we cover everything with pieces of Gruyère (or your favorite cheese) that give it an intense flavor and a delicious texture. Ideal for a picnic, a quick meal or to surprise your friends with a different and flavorful dish. I assure you that they won't leave a bit!
