Description

This salmon and broccoli dish is a real treat and super easy to prepare. I love making it when I need something quick, but still want something special on the table. The tender salmon and crunchy broccoli harmonize perfectly with the creamy sauce, which gets a Mediterranean touch from the Italian herbs. Baked with a little grated cheese, the whole thing becomes a hearty casserole that everyone will love. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Salmon fillets
  • 250 g Cream
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 20 g Grated Parmesan

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare broccoli

Divide the broccoli into florets. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt and blanch the broccoli florets in it for 3 minutes. Then drain and quench with cold water. Set aside.

Chop garlic

Put the garlic clove in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare sauce

Add the cream, tomato paste, Italian herbs and paprika powder to the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Prepare casserole

Pour the sauce from the mixing bowl into a casserole dish. Place the blanched broccoli florets and salmon fillets in the sauce. Sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.

Bake casserole

Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees convection for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
