300 g mixed mushrooms

100 g onions
-
20 ml oil
-
100 ml vegetable broth

100 ml water

100 g cream
-
1 TL cornstarch

0.5 TL salt

nach Geschmack pepper

1 Prise sugar

0.5 TL lemon juice

0.5 TL Worcestershire sauce

1 Bund parsley
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop the onions
Place 100g onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Sauté the onions
Add 20g oil to the chopped 100g onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add and sauté the mushrooms
Add 300g mixed mushrooms (cleaned and sliced) to the sautéed onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.
Deglaze with broth and simmer
Add 100ml vegetable broth, 100ml water, 100g cream, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste, 1 pinch of sugar, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce to the mushrooms in the mixing bowl and simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 2.
Add parsley
Add 1 bunch of parsley (chopped) to the sauce in the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 sec./speed 3/Reverse.
