1 EL Wheat flour Type 405

200 g Dry red wine

200 g Water

1 TL Real cocoa powder

Preparation (5 steps)
Purée onion, garlic, and beef goulash
Place onion, garlic clove, and beef goulash in the mixing bowl and purée for 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Sauté the ingredients
Add butter and sauté without the measuring cup for 4 min/120°C/speed 1.
Sauté tomato paste and flour
Add tomato paste and wheat flour Type 405 and sauté for another 2 min/120°C/speed 1.
Cook the sauce
Add the remaining ingredients (dry red wine, water, real cocoa powder, vegetable spice paste, pepper) and cook without the measuring cup for 20 min/100°C/speed 2, placing the splash guard on top.
Purée the sauce
Purée the sauce for 10 sec/speed 8. Pass through a fine sieve and serve.
