Description
Onion sauce for various dishes.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

100 g Onions
-
2 EL Butter
-
2 EL Flour
-
250 ml Vegetable stock
-
2 TL Aceto Balsamico
-
1 Prise Sugar
-
nach Geschmack Salt
-
nach Geschmack Pepper
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop onions
Peel, quarter and place onions in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5.
Sauté onions
Add butter to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.
Prepare roux
Add flour to the mixing bowl and stir for 1 min./100°C/level 2.
Let simmer
Add vegetable broth and simmer for 10 min./100°C/level 1. Leave the measuring cup on.
Season
Add aceto balsamico, sugar, salt and pepper and stir for 1 min./100°C/level 1.
Keep warm
Keep the onion sauce warm in the Thermomix until serving: 5 min./60°C/level 1.
