Description
Delicious mushroom cream sauce, perfect as a side dish or with pasta.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

400 g small Mushrooms
-
1 Stk. Garlic clove
-
40 g Butter
-
1 EL Oil
-
0.25 l Organic Vegetable broth
-
150 g Crème fraîche
-
1 EL Lemon juice
-
nach Geschmack Salt
-
nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (4 steps)
Chop garlic
Put 1 garlic clove in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down with the spatula.
Fry mushrooms
Put 40 g butter and 1 tbsp oil in the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Add 400 g small, halved mushrooms and sauté for 5 min./120°C/reverse speed 1.
Simmer
Add ¼ l organic vegetable broth and the chopped garlic to the mushrooms. Stir in 150 g crème fraîche and simmer for 3 min./100°C/reverse speed 1.
Season
Season to taste with approx. 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley as desired.
