  • 1 piece Onion
  • 20 g Butter
  • 150 g Diced ham
  • 200 g Whipping cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onions

Put 1 onion (approx. 100g) in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Fry ham

Fry 150 g diced ham in a separate pan without oil until lightly browned.

Add ham, cream and cheese

Add the fried ham, 200 g whipping cream, 100 g grated cheese, 1 tbsp flour, salt and pepper to the onions in the mixing bowl.

Cook sauce

Cook the sauce for 5 min./90°C/speed 2, leaving the measuring cup in place.
