Description
This raspberry sauce is a real touch of class for your desserts! I often prepare it to accompany cheesecake, panna cotta or simply to garnish a slice of cake. Its velvety texture and intense flavor of fresh raspberries make it irresistible. The preparation is very simple and quick, perfect even for those who have little time. Ideal for a delicious snack or for an elegant dessert. Try it, you won't regret it!
Ingredients (3 ingredients)

250 g fresh raspberries

50 g icing sugar

lemon juice
Preparation (5 steps)
Wash and dry the raspberries
Gently wash 250 g of fresh raspberries under cold running water. Drain them carefully and dry them by dabbing with kitchen paper.
Cook the raspberries
Transfer the dried raspberries to the Mixtopf. Cook for 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 1, without a measuring cup, to release the juice.
Add sugar and lemon
Add 50 g of icing sugar and lemon juice to taste in the Mixtopf. Cook for 3 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.
Blend and filter
Blend the mixture for 30 Sek./Stufe 8. Pour the resulting sauce into a fine-mesh sieve and filter to remove the seeds. Collect the sauce in a bowl.
Cool
Let the raspberry sauce cool completely before using it.
