Description

This Thermomix® recipe for Chicken Teriyaki Stir-Fry is a protein-rich main course with chicken breast fillet, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. The Asian-inspired meal with soy sauce and honey is ready in just 25 minutes, including 15 minutes of active work. The recipe is designed for 3 servings and is ideal for a quick, hearty, and easy meal. Suitable as a family dinner or after a workout.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Chicken breast fillets, diced
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1 Stück Bell peppers, in strips
  • 1 Stück Carrot, in strips
  • 1 Stück Broccoli, in florets
  • 2 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 EL Honey
  • 1 TL Sesame oil
  • 1 TL Ginger, grated
  • 1 TL Cornstarch
  • 100 g Cooked rice

Preparation (6 steps)

Sauté the chicken

Sauté the diced chicken breast fillets in a separate pan with oil until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Chop the vegetables

Place the bell peppers in strips, carrot in strips, and broccoli in florets into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 4.

Sauté the vegetables

Add 1 tbsp oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare the sauce

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp ginger, grated, and 1 tsp cornstarch to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Bring the sauce to a boil

Add the sautéed chicken to the vegetables in the mixing bowl and bring to a boil for 3 min./100°C/Reverse speed 1.

Serve with 100 g cooked rice.
