20 Stück Anchovies
3 Stück Garlic clove(s)
1 Stück Bell pepper(s), red

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop garlic

3 sec/Speed 7

Place 3 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 7. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Chop bell pepper

5 sec/Speed 5

Cut 1 red bell pepper (200g) into coarse pieces, place in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Mix anchovies and vegetables

10 sec/Speed 3 Reverse

Add the ready-to-cook, gutted anchovies (20 pieces à 20g) together with the chopped garlic and bell pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 3/reverse.
