Description
This minced meat pizza with Hollandaise sauce is a real treat and super easy to prepare! I love to make it when things need to be quick and I still want something special on the table. The savory minced meat topping harmonizes perfectly with the creamy sauce and the spicy cheese. An absolute favorite recipe for parties or a cozy evening at home. If you like, you can sprinkle some fresh herbs on top after baking. It can also be varied with other types of vegetables!
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

1 Port. Pizza dough (chilled section) or homemade

500 g Minced meat, mixed

2 piece Onion(s)

1 can Corn, drained

200 g Sauce Hollandaise

200 g Cheese, grated

Salt and pepper
-
Basil
-
Oregano
-
Tomato paste
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop onions
Put 2 onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Prepare minced meat
Fry 500 g of mixed minced meat in a pan with a little oil until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Cover pizza dough
Spread the pizza dough (1 portion) on a prepared baking sheet and spread with tomato paste. Season with basil and oregano. Sprinkle the fried minced meat and 1 can of drained corn over it. Distribute the chopped onions. Spread 200 g of Sauce Hollandaise evenly and finally sprinkle 200 g of grated cheese over it.
Bake pizza
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
