Description
This spicy honey sauce is a versatile dip and a delicious addition to many dishes. Prepared with honey, ketchup, vinegar, fresh herbs and spices, it is quick and easy to mix in the Thermomix®. Ideal as a dip for finger food, as a sauce for grilled food or as a spicy note in salads. The sauce is vegetarian and can be seasoned spicier or milder as desired.

300 g Ketchup

3 EL Vinegar

1 EL chopped Parsley

1 EL Chive rolls

2 Stück Chili peppers in fine strips

2 Stück pressed Garlic cloves

nach Geschmack Salt

Preparation (3 steps)
Preparation
Chop parsley and chives. Cut chili peppers into fine strips. Press garlic cloves.
Mix ingredients
Put 3 tbsp honey, 300 g ketchup, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp chive rolls, 2 chili peppers in fine strips and 2 pressed garlic cloves into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.
Seasoning
Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry and cayenne pepper and mix for a further 5 sec/speed 3.
Finished cooking? Great! 🎉
