Description
This chocolate almond muffin, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a delicious dessert with almonds, chocolate and cinnamon. Preparation takes about 55 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time, and yields 12 servings. Ideal for coffee parties, birthdays or festive occasions. The recipe is perfect for anyone who likes to bake cakes and muffins.

150 g Flour

100 g Sweet ground almonds

1 Pck. Chocolate drops
Preparation (6 steps)
Beat butter, salt and sugar until fluffy
Add butter, salt and sugar to the mixing bowl and beat until fluffy for 2 min./level 3.
Add eggs
Add eggs and stir for 20 sec./level 3.
Mix and sift flour, cinnamon and baking powder
Mix and sift flour, cinnamon and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Stir in dry ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./level 2.
Add chocolate drops and almonds
Add chocolate drops and almonds and fold in for 10 sec./reverse/level 2.
Baking
Fill the dough into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 25-30 minutes.
