Description

Delicious chocolate cookies with a melted Mon Cheri filling.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

500 g Flour
50 g Cocoa
200 g Sugar
250 g Butter
2 Stück Eggs
2 Stück Vanilla sugar
2 TL Baking powder
nach Geschmack Salt
1 Packung Mon Cheri

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add flour, cocoa, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt to the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading level to form a dough.

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in foil and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Bake cookies

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 6-8 minutes.
