Description

Easy homemade soft ice cream recipe.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 500 g Milk (whole milk)
  • 300 g Cream
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 EL Vanilla extract
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 TL Glucose syrup
  • 2 TL Glucose syrup
  • 1 EL Cornstarch
  • 600 g Ice cubes

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare milk base

Add milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and cornstarch to the mixing bowl.

Heat milk base

Thermomix® Setting

Close the mixing bowl and heat the milk base for 8 minutes / 90°C / level 3.

Let cool

Let the mixture cool completely. It is best to put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Make soft ice cream

Add the cooled ice cream mixture to the mixing bowl.

Add ice cubes

30 sec/Speed 8

Add 600 g of ice cubes and mix for 30 sec./level 8.

Serve soft ice cream

Serve the soft ice cream immediately.
