Description
This easy apple cake from the Thermomix® is made with just a few ingredients like butter, sugar, eggs, and flour in no time. The cake is ideal for baking beginners and as a sweet treat for parties or coffee. With a preparation time of 45 minutes, you get about 12 servings. Perfect as a dessert or for an afternoon treat.

250 g soft butter

200 g sugar

1 Pck. vanilla sugar

4 Stück eggs

375 g flour

1 Pck. baking powder
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Place 250g soft butter, 200g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 4 eggs into the mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients
Mix ingredients for 2 min./speed 4.
Stir in flour and baking powder
Mix 375g flour and 1 packet of baking powder and add to the mixing bowl. Stir in for 1 min./speed 3.
Pour the dough into the pan
Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter).
Bake the cake
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes.
