Description
This green detox smoothie is a refreshing and healthy start to the day. With baby spinach, apple, banana, ginger and lemon, it is rich in vitamins and minerals. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only a few minutes and yields one serving. Ideal for a quick and easy meal after a workout or as a light snack.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

80 g Baby spinach

0.5 Stück Apple

0.5 Stück Banana

1 cm Ginger

1 EL Lemon juice

5 Stück Ice cubes
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop spinach and ice cubes
Place 80 g baby spinach and 5 ice cubes in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 8. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.
Add apple, banana, ginger and lemon juice
Add 1/2 apple (cored), 1/2 banana, 1 cm ginger (peeled) and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
Prepare smoothie
Puree everything for 20 sec./speed 10 into a fine smoothie.
