Description

Prepare a hearty Soljanka as a main course with the Thermomix®. This simple and inexpensive recipe with smoked pork loin, sausage, onions, pickled cucumbers and Letscho yields approximately 6 servings. The preparation time is about 40 minutes. Ideal for a hearty family meal.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 0.8 kg Smoked pork loin
  • 140 g Sausage
  • 1.6 Stück Onion(s)
  • 0.8 Gläser Pickled cucumber(s)
  • 0.8 Gläser Letscho
  • 120 g Cherry tomato(es)
  • 0.4 Becher Crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ketchup
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Oil

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onions

1.6 large onions into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions

Leave chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Fry smoked pork loin

0.8 kg smoked pork loin (or cutlet meat (pork), cut into small pieces) fry in a separate pan.

Add more ingredients

Add 140 g sausage (or hunting sausage, cut into cubes), 0.8 jars pickled cucumber(s) (chopped small), 0.8 jars Letscho, 120 g cherry tomato(es) (diced) and fried smoked pork loin to the mixing bowl.

Simmer

Add 0.4 cup of crème fraîche (or sour cream), salt and pepper, to taste ketchup (to thicken) and paprika powder, sweet and simmer for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Season

Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Thicken with ketchup if necessary. Add oil as needed.
