Description

This meatball soup with potatoes and noodles is a comforting and nutritious dish, perfect for cold days. The recipe is very simple and quick to prepare with the Thermomix®, ideal for a family meal. Homemade meatballs give it a special touch, but you can also use store-bought meatballs to save time. The combination of potatoes, noodles and boiled egg makes it a very complete and tasty soup. My kids love it! You can add a little toast when serving to give it a crunchy touch. A recipe that always triumphs!

  • 1 piece Chicken broth
  • 1 piece Meatballs
  • 2 piece Potatoes
  • 1 piece Thin noodles
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 slice Toast

Preparation (7 steps)

Heat the broth

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Pour the chicken broth into the Thermomix bowl and heat for 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Prepare the potatoes

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into medium pieces. Reserve.

Cook meatballs and potatoes

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the meatballs (without frying) and the chopped potatoes to the hot broth in the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 15 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.

Cook the eggs

Meanwhile, in a separate pot, boil the eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to a container with cold water and ice to cool them quickly.

Chop the eggs

Peel the boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces. Reserve.

Add egg and noodles

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the chopped egg and thin noodles to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 5 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.

Serve

Serve the soup hot. Optionally, add two slices of toast to each plate.
