1 kg Potatoes, waxy

1 Bund Soup vegetables (alternatively: 4 carrots, 1 leek)

1 EL Butter

1.2 Liter Vegetable broth

3 Stück Vienna sausages

100 ml Cream
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Marjoram
-
Nutmeg

3 EL Chopped parsley
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare potatoes and soup vegetables
Peel 1 kg of potatoes and cut into small cubes. Chop 1 bunch of soup vegetables (alternatively: 4 carrots, 1 leek).
Sauté potatoes and vegetables
Put 1 tbsp of butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./120°C/speed 1. Add potatoes and soup vegetables and sauté for 5 min./120°C/Reverse/speed 1.
Cook the soup
Add 1.2 liters of vegetable broth and cook for 20 min./100°C/Reverse/speed 1.
Heat sausages
Cut 3 Vienna sausages into slices. Fry the sausages in a separate pan and then add to the mixing bowl. Heat for 2 min./90°C/gentle stirring.
Season
Add 100 ml cream and 3 tbsp chopped parsley and stir in for 1 min./90°C/gentle stirring. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and nutmeg.
