Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 kg Bell pepper (red, yellow, green)
  • 100 g Celery
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Prepare onion and garlic

Peel and halve the onion. Peel the garlic clove. Place both in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down with the spatula.
