Description
This classic chicken soup is a hearty and warming dish, ideal for cold days. With chicken drumsticks, fresh vegetables and fine soup noodles, it is easy to prepare and offers a balanced meal. Preparing it in the Thermomix® saves time and ensures a perfect result. Suitable as a main course or appetizer, this soup provides valuable nutrients and is ready in about 25 minutes.

1 tsp Turmeric powder

2 Allspice berries

175 g Soup noodles
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare vegetables
Clean the carrots, leek and celeriac and cut into coarse pieces.
Chop vegetables
Put the prepared vegetables into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.
Add chicken and spices
Add chicken drumsticks, water, salt, pepper, turmeric powder and allspice berries to the mixing bowl.
Cook soup
Close the mixing bowl and cook the soup for 20 min./100°C/speed 1.
Add noodles
Add soup noodles to the mixing bowl and cook for another 5 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1 until the noodles are done.
Season and serve
Sprinkle the chicken soup with chopped parsley and serve.
