Description

This dish of spaghettis with tomato and tuna sauce is a revisited classic, perfect for a quick and tasty meal. I love preparing this recipe because it is simple, economical and always appreciated by everyone. The tuna brings a touch of marine flavor that goes perfectly with the sweetness of the tomato sauce. A little light grated cheese adds a gourmet note without weighing down the dish. Ideal for a weekday lunch or an impromptu dinner, this pasta dish is a staple of my kitchen. Feel free to add some seasonal vegetables for an even more complete and balanced version!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 pinch powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp light grated cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 noisette Butter
  • 2 boîtes tuna in brine
  • 2 boîtes tomato pulp
  • 300 g spaghettis
  • 1 piece large onion

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onion

Put the large onion in the bowl and chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5.

Sauté the onion

Add a knob of butter and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the tomato pulp and tuna

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Speed 2 100 Reverse

Add the two cans of tomato pulp and the two cans of tuna in brine (drained). Season with salt, pepper, a teaspoon of dried oregano and a little powdered sugar. Cook for 15 Min./100°C/Stufe 2/Linkslauf.

Cook the spaghettis

Meanwhile, cook the spaghettis according to the instructions on the package.

Serve

Drain the spaghettis and mix with the sauce. Serve with light grated cheese.
