Description

This Spritz biscuit recipe is a classic for the Christmas season. With few ingredients and simple preparation, the biscuits are ready in no time. The biscuits are ideal for Advent coffee or as a sweet treat in between. The recipe is suitable for baking beginners and yields a delicious amount of Spritz biscuits.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Pkt Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Egg white unbeaten
  • 200 g Flour

Preparation (5 steps)

Stir butter until fluffy

Put butter into the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./level 3.

Add egg white unbeaten and stir for 30 sec./level 3.

Sift in flour and stir in

Sift in flour, add and stir in for 1 min./level 4.

Baking

Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C circulating air for about 15 minutes.
