Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 170 g white beans
  • 140 g carrot (in pieces)
  • 1 Stück garlic clove
  • 1 Stück onion (halved)
  • 25 g oil
  • 350 g pork neck (bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 Stück bay leaf
  • 360 g potatoes (bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 EL parsley
  • 1 Prise salt, adjust seasoning if necessary
  • 1 Prise pepper, adjust seasoning if necessary
  • 1900 ml water

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare beans

Place 170g of white beans in a bowl, cover with 800g of cold water and soak overnight.

Chop vegetables

Place 1 carrot (in pieces, 140g), 1 garlic clove and 1 onion (halved) in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec/speed 5. Scrape everything down from the side of the mixing bowl.

Sauté vegetables

Add 25g oil and sauté without the measuring cup for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Brown meat

Brown 350g pork neck (bite-sized pieces) in a separate pan.

Cook beans and meat

Add soaked beans (drained), browned pork neck, 1 bay leaf and 1100g water and cook for 20 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Cook potatoes

Add 360g potatoes (bite-sized pieces) and cook for 24 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Season

Linkslauf/Speed 1 Reverse

Add 2 tbsp parsley, salt and pepper and stir in. Activate the reverse function: Reverse/speed 1/ 10 sec.
