Description

This parmesan chicken supremes dish is a comforting and delicious recipe, perfect for a family meal or a special dinner. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Chicken breast
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 30 ml Milk
  • 50 g Wheat flour
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 3 g Herbes de Provence
  • 3 g Garlic powder
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 g Tomato sauce
  • 50 g Grated Mozzarella cheese

Preparation (6 steps)

Preparation of seasoned breadcrumbs

In the Thermomix bowl, add 50 g of breadcrumbs, 3 g of herbes de Provence, 3 g of garlic powder, and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine the flavors. Remove and reserve.

Beat the egg with the milk

In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg with 30 ml of milk until well combined. Reserve.

Breading the chicken

Season 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Pass each breast first through 50 g of wheat flour, then through the egg and milk mixture, and finally through the seasoned breadcrumbs, making sure they are well covered.

Initial cooking in air fryer

Place the breaded breasts in the preheated air fryer basket at 180 ºC and program 20 minutes. (This step is done outside of the Thermomix).

Preparation of the tomato sauce

If you want to prepare your own tomato sauce, place 30 g of tomato sauce in the Thermomix bowl. Heat the sauce to intensify its flavor.

Final Gratin

Remove the breasts from the air fryer. Cover each breast with a layer of 30 g of tomato sauce, grated Parmesan cheese and 50 g of grated mozzarella to taste. Put the breasts back in the air fryer and program for another four minutes at 180 ºC to gratin the cheese. (This step is done outside of the Thermomix).
