Diese süße Creme-Sauce ist ein absoluter Klassiker und erinnert mich an meine Kindheit! Ich mache sie oft, wenn ich etwas Besonderes zum Frühstück oder als Dessert brauche. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und schnell, perfekt also, wenn es mal fix gehen muss. Die Sauce schmeckt warm am besten und passt hervorragend zu Gebäck, Toast oder einfach pur gelöffelt. Durch die Vanille bekommt sie eine wunderbare Note. Ein echter Seelentröster, der garantiert jedem schmeckt!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 piece egg, beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter

1 beaten egg zugeben und 3 cups milk langsam unterrühren. 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

5 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Die Mischung 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 2 kochen, bis sie eindickt. Dabei den Spatel verwenden, um die Masse vom Boden zu lösen.

Vanille und Butter einrühren

10 sec/Speed 2

1 tsp vanilla extract und 1 tbsp butter zugeben und 10 Sek./Stufe 2 verrühren.
