Description

The hearty noodle vegetable pan with ground beef, elbow macaroni, leek and bell pepper is quickly prepared in the Thermomix®. This inexpensive main course from student cuisine is ready in just 25 minutes and yields 4 servings. Ideal for anyone looking for a simple and satisfying meal with meat and vegetables. Perfect for after work or as a quick family meal.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Elbow macaroni
  • 1 Liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 Stange Leek
  • 300 g Bell pepper, red
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 2 EL Vegetable oil
  • 2 TL Mild paprika powder (sweet)
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Prise Sugar
  • nach Geschmack Black pepper from the mill
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Wash, core and dice the bell pepper. Clean, wash and cut the leek into fine strips. Have ground beef ready.

Fry ground meat

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan and fry 500 g ground beef in it over high heat until crumbly. Then remove the ground meat from the pan and set aside.

Chop vegetables

Put 300 g bell pepper, red, diced, and 1 stalk of leek in strips in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 4.

Sauté vegetables

Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil and 30 g tomato paste to the chopped vegetables in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Season

Add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp mild paprika powder (sweet) and 1 pinch of sugar to the vegetables in the mixing bowl and stir for 5 sec./speed 2.

Add broth and noodles

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 1 liter vegetable broth, 250 g elbow macaroni and the fried ground beef to the mixing bowl and simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 1 without a measuring cup.

Season and serve

Season the ground meat pan with black pepper from the mill and serve with Creme Fraiche and fresh parsley.
